If you damage a deflector while fitting, we’ll replace it for free.
Fitting wind deflectors for the first time can be daunting. If too much force is applied incorrectly during installation, one or more deflectors may crack or break. A single replacement deflector normally costs £12.99.
With Edge Care, if you accidentally damage one or more deflectors during your initial installation, you can make one claim and we’ll send replacement deflector(s) free of charge, including standard UK delivery.
- One claim per covered set – all deflectors damaged during the same installation must be included in one claim
- Just £4.99 – a single replacement deflector normally costs £12.99
- Fit with confidence – covers accidental damage during your initial installation
- Multiple damaged pieces covered – provided they were damaged during the same installation and declared in the same claim
- No return required – you do not need to send the damaged deflector(s) back
- Free replacement and delivery – approved replacements are sent using our standard UK delivery service
- Simple photo claim – send your order number, photographs and details of the damaged pieces
Important information
Edge Care must be purchased at the same time as your wind deflector set and is valid for 14 days from delivery. It covers accidental damage during the initial installation only. It does not cover damage occurring after installation, general wear and tear, loss, theft, road damage or deliberate misuse. Replacement deflectors supplied through an Edge Care claim are not themselves covered.
If you cancel and return the associated wind deflector set within the applicable cancellation period and have not made a claim, Edge Care will also be refunded. In all other circumstances, Edge Care is non-refundable.
Edge Care is an optional replacement service and does not affect your statutory rights.

All orders sent within the United Kingdom come with free standard delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands Delivery
All non-mainland orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays).
For remote addresses, please allow an extra 1-2 working days.
Returns
In the event you wish to make a return for a full refund, you must notify our Customer Care Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware, we do not accept the return of used items.
You will then have an additional 14 days to return your order back to us, so your refund can be issued.
